Contact Forms

We have two types of contact form - secure and non-secure/email. All website plans except Economy come with a non-secure email form (size and customization depend on plan.)

Both Email and Secure Forms Feature:

  • Built-in form field validation
  • Email notice generated when new submission entered.
  • Ability to submit to different users based on dropdown choice
  • CAPTCHA to prevent spam

Additional Benefits with a Secure Form

  • The form submits to a secure database, while a notification is sent to the FI informing them that a submission is waiting.
  • Submissions are then retrieved from our the server using authorized username/password credentials.

Forms can be customized to connect to the FIS Connections CRM or to most third party CRM software, provided an API is available.

Appointment Request Form

If your bankers prefer to meet clients by appointment, our web form allows you to schedule meetings via email. By adding this form to your website, you can significantly reduce phone call volume and offer clients an easy, new way to get in touch.

 

How it Works

Configuration:

  1. The FI provides a spreadsheet with branch locations, meeting reasons, and bankers from each branch who are assigned to those reasons.
  2. For example, Lender A and Lender B may be options if the client selected "Loan Inquiry" at one branch, or Banker C may be an option if the client selected "General Inquiry" at another branch. 

Use:

  1. The client selects the branch location, the reason for the meeting, and then the bank officer they wish to meet with. 
  2. The client selects a requested date and time slot, and submits the form. 
  3. The bank officer receives the request and contacts the client to confirm.



Notes:

The form does not by default connect to the FI's CRM software so generally you would want a confirmation message stating something like "We have received your request but the appointment is not guaranteed. We will be in touch with you to confirm."
