Data Privacy Manager is a solution from FIS that can provide businesses with the tools they need to handle consumer data privacy requests, respond to regulators, and comply with various data privacy laws in multiple jurisdictions.

Data Privacy Laws like the GDPR in the EU, CPRA in California, LGPD in Brazil, etc. provide consumers with rights around the personal information that businesses collect on them. These laws also dictate certain business requirements and timelines that must be met to avoid severe fines and penalties, and more laws are being enacted in various States and countries around the world.

For The Consumer:

With Data Privacy Manager the individual rights request form is posted on your website. This form can be customized to the business specifications (company logo, dropdown options, "I want to" tiles).  Once submitted and authenticated, the requestor receives access to a secure web portal for communication and a ticket is auto generated in the Data Privacy Manager application.

For the Business:

Once logged into Data Privacy Manager, the corresponding "tickets" are located under the Data Subject Requests primary navigation tab. This includes all newly submitted, working and completed requests.

When you click on the ticket, you can communicate both internally and publicly; communications are sent to the requestor via the secure web link they receive after verification.

In the Data Lookup tab you can see the systems that have been identified to contain personal data of the individual who submitted the request via the intake form.
